Smaller Life - [School Project]

There's life in the shed, at the back of the garden - don't disturb them! Leave some Lily of the Valley, and you may see them, they're rather fond of that flower.
This assignment was on the same topic as one of our Character Design assignments, but I decided to go with a different idea. This was heavily inspired by The Borrowers by Mary Norton, as well as the Ghibli movie adaptation, as well as The Rescuers and Thumbelina. We had to hand in 1 fully colored version, and 1 sketch/lineart, but I hesitated on which one to color - in the end, I really wanted to show how all the furniture for the Small version were actually just small objects we find in houses.
